ZoomSphere is a Prague company with one product at one price: €179 a month, or €149 a month billed yearly, for up to 50 social accounts and up to 50 users, with a calendar, a workflow manager for approvals, notes, tasks, file storage and a team chat. Preflight is the other shape of the same decision: plans by channel count from free to $64, twelve networks, approvals by link and a check of every post before it goes out. This page compares them at the sizes where the choice is real. More tools at ZoomSphere's level are on ZoomSphere alternatives.

    Where ZoomSphere is ahead

    • Seats. Fifty users at one price. Preflight's Studio has ten.
    • The modules. Notes, tasks, chat and a file library in the same tool as the calendar. A team that already lives in ZoomSphere can drop a chat app and a shared drive; a team that has both pays for them twice.
    • Workflow Manager, with steps between people, which is more than a client link.
    • X. Preflight does not post to X yet.
    • A flat price that rewards a big account list. At fifty accounts and many users, €179 is cheap per head.

    Where Preflight is ahead

    • Price for anything small. A studio with ten accounts and three people pays $24 on Preflight; ZoomSphere's price does not come down with the size. A freelancer pays nothing on the free plan. Plans are on the pricing page.
    • Six more networks. Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord and Tumblr, where ZoomSphere's page lists six (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
    • It checks first. A 120 fps TikTok clip, a PNG for Instagram or a 31-hashtag caption is refused in the composer with the reason. The rules are on the limits page.
    • A client who never signs up. The link shows the post as each network will display it, and a later edit cannot land on an approved post.
    • API and MCP on every plan, on the documentation page, and video uploads to 2 GB in parts that resume.
    • EU hosting stated on the pricing page; for ZoomSphere the pricing page does not say where the servers are, though it is a Czech company under GDPR.

    What they share

A calendar, scheduling and publishing, drafts, approvals with a client, analytics, a trial or free plan to try first, and a Czech company behind the product.

    Who should choose which

Choose ZoomSphere for a team of fifteen or more that wants tasks, chat and files next to the calendar, posts to the six networks it lists, and sees the single flat price as a bargain at fifty seats.

Choose Preflight for a freelancer or a studio of one to ten that wants twelve networks, approvals by link, pre-publish checks, an API and EU hosting at $0 to $64, and does not need fifty seats.

ZoomSphere's price and limits read from zoomsphere.com/pricing on 20 October 2026, Preflight's from the pricing page on 27 October 2026. ZoomSphere's monthly price is shown without a currency symbol on the page and is read as euros.

    Is Preflight cheaper than ZoomSphere?
For anything under about fifty accounts, yes: Preflight is free for three channels, $13 for eight, $24 for twenty and $64 for sixty channels with ten seats. ZoomSphere's price stays €149 to €179 at any size up to fifty.
