Is there a free trial?
Pro is free for 14 days, once per workspace, without a card. Start it from Billing once your accounts are connected, so the fortnight is spent using it. When it ends the workspace goes back to Free with everything still there; the Free plan itself has no time limit.
How much do I save paying yearly?
A year costs 10 months' price: 2 months free. Starter is $130 a year, Pro $240, Studio $640.
Are the prices with or without VAT?
The prices shown are in US dollars and include VAT at your country's rate; what you see is what the invoice says. Stripe handles the invoice and the tax.
Which plans include the API and the MCP server?
API keys, webhooks and the MCP server at preflight.social/mcp come with Pro and Studio. A key issued on one of them keeps working if the workspace later moves down a plan. Every plan has every network, the calendar, the phone preview, analytics, the comment inbox and client approval links.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Nothing is deleted. A post over the month's allowance waits until the month resets or the plan grows; a channel over the limit is paused, not disconnected; a file over the ceiling is refused before the upload starts, with the plan that would take it named.
