Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of Preflight, a social media scheduling tool operated by ADMI ENTERPRISES s.r.o., Nové sady 988/2, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, company number 29581010 ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service does

Preflight lets you compose a post, attach media, and publish it immediately or on a schedule to social media accounts you have connected. We act on your instructions: we publish what you tell us to publish, when you tell us to publish it.

Preflight is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Meta Platforms, TikTok, Google, YouTube, or any other social media platform. All platform names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a contract. You must also meet the minimum age required by each platform you connect.
• Give accurate registration details and keep them current.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and any API keys secret, and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Connected accounts and platform rules

You may only connect social media accounts you own or are authorised to manage. When you connect an account you authorise us to publish content to it on your behalf using the permissions you granted. You can disconnect a connected account at any time from Settings, and you can also revoke Preflight's access directly in the platform's own security or app settings; either action stops us from publishing to that account.

Every platform has its own terms and community guidelines — including the Meta Terms of Service and Community Standards, the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and the YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines — and those continue to apply to anything published through Preflight. You are responsible for complying with them. A platform may suspend, rate-limit, restrict or remove your content or your access for reasons entirely outside our control, and we are not responsible when it does.

YouTube API Services

Preflight uses YouTube API Services to connect to and publish on YouTube. By using Preflight with YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy applies to Google's handling of your data. You can revoke Preflight's access to your Google account data at any time via the Google security settings page.

Your content

You keep all rights in the text, images and video you upload. You grant us only the limited licence needed to run the service: to store your content, process it, and transmit it to the platforms you select. We claim no ownership of your content and do not use it for any purpose other than providing the service.

You confirm that, for everything you publish through Preflight:

• you own it or have the rights and permissions to publish it;
• it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trade mark, privacy or other rights;
• it is not unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, or sexually exploitative;
• it does not contain malware or attempt to compromise any system.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for spam, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or artificially amplifying content;
• publish on behalf of accounts you are not authorised to manage;
• attempt to circumvent platform rate limits, quotas or review requirements through Preflight;
• remove or obscure watermarks, attribution or other copyright mechanisms from content created by others without their consent;
• mislead anyone into believing Preflight, or content published through it, originates from or is endorsed by a social media platform;
• probe, scan or disrupt the service, or attempt to access another user's workspace or data;
• resell or redistribute the service without our written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, with notice where it is reasonable to give it.

API keys

API keys act on behalf of your workspace. Anyone holding a key can upload media and publish posts to your connected accounts, so treat a key like a password. You are responsible for what is done with keys issued from your workspace. Revoke a key from Settings the moment you suspect it has leaked.

Availability

We work to keep Preflight running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of failures at a hosting provider or a social platform.

Scheduling is best-effort. A post may be delayed or fail — because a platform is down, rejects it, a quota is exhausted, or an access token has expired. Failures are surfaced in the app with the platform's own reason, and failed platforms can be retried individually. Check that time-critical posts have published as intended.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or lost or missed publications. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or, where the service was provided free of charge, to zero.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury, harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or fraud. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using Preflight and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected] or from Settings. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service, giving reasonable notice where we can.

On termination we delete your account data, including data obtained from connected platforms, as described in the Privacy Policy. Content already published to a social platform remains there and is yours to manage.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and we will tell you by email before a material change takes effect. If you do not agree with a change, you may end the agreement before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in your country of residence.

If you are a consumer in the Czech Republic or the EU, you may also refer a dispute to out-of-court resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz).

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
