ZoomSphere is a Prague company with one plan: €179 a month for up to 50 social accounts and up to 50 users, with a scheduler, a workflow manager for approvals, notes, tasks, file storage and a team chat. For a Czech agency of twenty people that is cheap per seat and the modules replace two other subscriptions. For a freelancer or a studio of three, €179 buys forty-seven empty seats.

This page is for the second reader: the tools that cover the same networks, approve posts with a client, and sit in the EU, at a price for a team of one to ten.

At ZoomSphere's own shape, fifty accounts, Preflight Studio is $64 for sixty channels and ten seats, Kontentino Pro is €199 for unlimited profiles, and Hootsuite does not come into it. At a studio's shape, ten accounts and three people, Preflight Pro is $24 and Postiz $39.

What ZoomSphere does that the small tools do not

    • Fifty seats. None of the alternatives includes that many; Preflight's Studio has ten, Kontentino's Standard ten, and Buffer and Postiz charge nothing per user but less per plan.
    • The modules. Notes, tasks, chat and a file library in the same tool. A team that lives in ZoomSphere drops Slack and a shared drive; a team that already has both pays for them twice.
    • Workflow Manager with steps between people, which is more than a client link.
    • X with media. Preflight's X is text-only.

What the alternatives do that ZoomSphere does not

ZoomSphere's pricing page lists six networks. Preflight publishes to twelve: the same six minus X with media, plus Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord and Tumblr; Kontentino adds Pinterest, Threads and Google Business Profile. For a client whose audience is on Threads or Telegram the six are not enough.

Preflight also runs every post through each network's real rules before anything is uploaded, so a 120 fps TikTok clip, a PNG for Instagram or a 31-hashtag caption is refused in the composer with the reason. It has a REST API and an MCP server so an assistant can draft, validate and queue posts, and it uploads video to 2 GB in parts that resume. ZoomSphere's page mentions none of the three.

On hosting, Preflight's app and database are in the EU and the pricing page says so. ZoomSphere is a Czech company under GDPR; where its servers are is not on the pricing page.

    Picking one

Choose ZoomSphere for a team of fifteen or more that wants tasks, chat and files in the same place as the calendar, and posts to the six networks it lists.

Choose Kontentino for an agency that wants the fullest client-approval workflow in euros.

Choose Preflight for a studio of one to ten that wants approvals by link, twelve networks, pre-publish checks and EU hosting for $24 to $64; the side-by-side with Kontentino is on Kontentino alternatives.

Prices read from zoomsphere.com/pricing and the other vendors' pages on 6 October 2026.
