Social media scheduler

    One caption.
    Twelve networks.
    Every rule checked first.

Preflight is a social media scheduler that checks every post against each network's rules before it leaves, publishes to twelve networks, and lets clients approve posts from a link — with a REST API and an MCP server so AI agents can do the same. One composer, the time you choose, and each platform's limits enforced before the post goes out. Not after it fails.

Free plan, no card. Pro free for 14 days. Connect with each platform's own sign-in.

    The dashboard

Every post, and what each platform did with it.

A grid of your posts, the networks each one went to, and the one that needs you — on the same frosted glass as the rest of the app.

    What it does

The differences between platforms are the work.

Every network counts differently, sizes differently and names its figures differently. Preflight absorbs that, so you write once.

    Checked before it leaves

Length, ratio, duration and file size are measured against every network's limits as you type. A post that would be refused is refused here, while you can still fix it.

Bluesky would refuse this. 24 characters over its 300.

If you missed it last time this is the one to move on — there will not be a third. Bring a jacket, the riverbank turns cold the moment the sun goes down and the queue starts outside the gate.

    Uploads that resume

Large files go up in parts and carry on where they stopped when the connection drops.

    Figures in each network's words

Views, likes, boosts and saves, named the way each network names them.

    Take it back down

Fix a caption or delete a post on the platform without signing in to each one.

    Approvals

Clients approve from a link. No account, no login.

Write the post, schedule it, and send the client a link. They open a page with exactly what would go out — the caption, the media, the networks and the time — and answer once: approve, or ask for changes with a note.

Nothing publishes until they approve. If the post is edited afterwards it goes back for a new approval, and the link expires on its own, so an old one cannot publish a changed post.

    What the client sees

The post as it will be published: caption, media, each network and the time it goes out. Only a name is asked for, so you know who answered.

    Approved, or sent back

Approve, and the post is released. Ask for changes, and the note lands in your dashboard with the post held until you send a new link.

    Published at the planned time

An approved post keeps its slot and goes out when scheduled. If that time has already passed, it goes out as soon as it is approved.

    For AI agents

Let Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor post for you.

Preflight runs a hosted MCP server. Connect it once and an assistant can list your channels, check a draft against every network's rules, upload media, schedule or publish the post and read its figures afterwards — through the same code the web app uses, with the same checks.

    • Connect URL https://preflight.social/mcp — Streamable HTTP, works with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Claude Code.
    • Sign in with OAuth 2.1 and PKCE from the assistant, or hand it an API key.
    • 27 tools, from list_channels and validate_post to create_post and post_performance.
    • Every post an agent creates passes the same preflight checks as one written in the composer. Over the limit on one network, and it is refused the same way.

    Your accounts

    Your accounts stay yours.

We never see a social password

You connect through each platform's own sign-in. What we receive is exactly what you approved on that screen, and nothing more.

    Tokens are encrypted before storage

Access is used to publish what you wrote and to read your own figures. It is not sold, not shared, and not used to train anything.

    Disconnecting actually disconnects

We revoke our access at the platform and delete the credentials. Nothing keeps running quietly afterwards.

The same API the app uses

Create keys per workspace and publish, schedule and read results from your own site.

    FAQ

    Questions, answered plainly.

What people ask before they connect their first account.

    Publishing

Which social networks can Preflight publish to?

Twelve: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram (feed, Reels and stories), Facebook Pages, Threads, LinkedIn (profiles and Company Pages), Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord and Tumblr. You connect each account through the platform's own sign-in — or, for Telegram and Discord, its own bot — and publish one post to any combination of them. X (Twitter) is text-only and is not switched on for new accounts.

What happens when a caption breaks a platform's rules?

The post is refused before it leaves, and the composer tells you which network objected and by how much — 24 characters over on Bluesky, a video too long for a Short, an image the wrong shape for Instagram. You fix it while it is still a draft instead of finding out after half the networks have published.

Can I schedule video, and how large can it be?

Yes. Video goes to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord and Tumblr; Pinterest takes images. Files upload in parts and resume if the connection drops, so a 40-minute, 600 MB file is fine on a paid plan (Free takes files up to 200 MB). Each platform's duration and size limits are checked before the upload starts.

Can I see what a post will look like before it goes out?

Every post is previewed on a phone, in the layout of the network it is going to: a square with a caption for Instagram, a card for Threads and Bluesky, a full-screen vertical video for TikTok and Shorts. Switching networks switches the preview.

Can I edit or delete a post after it has been published?

Where the network's API allows it, yes — from Preflight, without signing in to each platform. Where a network does not allow it, the button is not shown rather than failing later.

Can a client approve posts without an account?

Yes. You send the client a link; it opens a page with the exact post, media and the time it will go out, and two buttons: approve, or ask for changes with a note. No account, password or invitation. An approved post publishes at its scheduled time; a returned one goes back to you with the note. If the post is edited after approval it needs a new approval, and the link expires on its own.

    Plans and the API

    How much does Preflight cost?

There is a free plan with 3 channels and 20 publishes a month. Paid plans run from $13 a month for 8 channels to $64 for 60 channels and 10 seats. Paid yearly, a plan costs 10 months' price for twelve. Every plan has every network, the calendar and analytics; only the limits change. Pro is free for 14 days (card required, charged only if you keep it). Prices are in US dollars and include VAT.

    Is there an API?

Yes. API keys, webhooks and the MCP server come with the Pro and Studio plans. The REST API is the same one the web app uses: upload a file, create and schedule a post, read its figures, edit or take it down. The MCP server gives Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any other agent the same tools, so a bot can draft, check and publish posts for you.

Does Preflight work with Claude or ChatGPT (MCP)?

Yes. Preflight runs a hosted MCP server at https://preflight.social/mcp. Connect it from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Claude Code and sign in with OAuth, or use an API key. The agent gets 27 tools — list_channels, validate_post, create_post, post_performance and the rest — and every post it creates goes through the same checks as one written in the composer. The MCP server is on the Pro and Studio plans.

    Your accounts and data

Do you need my social media passwords?

No. You connect through each platform's own sign-in screen and we receive only the access you approve there. Tokens are encrypted before storage, are never shared or sold, and are revoked at the platform when you disconnect.

Who operates Preflight and where is my data held?

Preflight is built and operated by ADMI ENTERPRISES s.r.o., a software company registered in Brno, Czech Republic, and processes data under the GDPR.
